The staff showed us an easy way to get to the Piazza del Campo without going up and down hills. Breakfast had a good selection (i loved the croissants!). The view of the landscape from the terrace was amazing.

the staff were really nice and helpful. breakfast was tasty with lot of options. i found the location convienient. it was a quick walk to get to places. our room had great air conditioning. it was perfect for the summer heat.

my room wasn't as clean i hoped. the bed was not comfortable. there was some noise at night. it made sleeping difficult. i had trouble connecting to hotel wifi. it was slow and unreliable.
